CozyPixelLabs operates services to deliver digital products to customers and internal tools to manage and publish our own product listings. This policy explains what data is processed when using our download experience and related internal tools.

Customers receive download links after purchase. If you need help accessing a download, you can contact support.

Data We Process

• Authentication data for connected platforms such as Etsy and Pinterest (OAuth tokens and related metadata).
• Product and listing metadata required to publish, update, or deliver digital products.
• Access identifiers used to validate download requests and protect purchased content.
• Technical data and operational logs (such as timestamps, IP address, and user agent) used for security monitoring, abuse prevention, debugging, and service reliability.

Data Protection & Security

Access to internal systems is restricted to authorized CozyPixelLabs personnel. We use security best practices to protect data, including least-privilege access controls and secure storage of sensitive credentials. We do not sell personal data and do not share data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary to operate the service and keep it secure:

• Operational logs are typically retained for a limited period (e.g. up to 90 days) for troubleshooting and security monitoring.
• Integration tokens are retained while a connection is active and are deleted when the integration is disconnected or replaced.
• Download access identifiers are retained only as required to provide access to purchased files and prevent misuse.

Third-Party Services

Our services rely on infrastructure providers (hosting, database, object storage, and queueing) strictly to run the service. When integrations with Etsy or Pinterest are used, requests are sent only as required to perform the requested action (for example, publishing or updating product information).

Cookies

We use essential cookies required for authentication and security. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
